Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders over R1 500. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours, every working day, and arrive within 2 to 14 working days depending on your address.

• A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is collected
• Deliveries happen on working days between 08:00 and 17:00
• Give a work or home address where someone can sign for the parcel
• Parcel gone quiet? Send us your order number and we will chase the courier

Ordered the wrong item or need to fix a delivery address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and, as long as it has not been packed yet, we will sort it out at no charge. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier we can no longer change it.
